About the Role

Transfer Agency and Issuer Services are two critical functions on the Securitize Platform: one keeps investor records accurate through every subscription, redemption, and reconciliation; the other provides the tools needed to bring new assets onto the platform and manages them through their full lifecycle. As a Product Manager spanning both core areas you will work with senior PMs to refine what Operations, Compliance, and institutional clients need into requirements Engineering can successfully build from.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to defining, scoping, and prioritizing product requirements for Transfer Agency and Issuer Operations within the existing product team structure
  • Scope and drive data integrations with partner organizations, from requirements through launch
  • Write and prioritize user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria for features touching investor recordkeeping, subscriptions/redemptions, and cap table management
  • Lead day-to-day delivery with Engineering on onboarding and issuance workflows for new funds/assets joining the Securitize Platform
  • Manage UAT and QA planning for TA and Issuer related releases
  • Prioritize the bug/enhancement backlog from Operations and Compliance based on regulatory and client impact
  • Maintain and continuously improve product documentation, runbooks, and internal training materials for TA and issuer workflows
  • Use operational data (reconciliation exceptions, processing times, error rates) to inform roadmap decisions
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches involving Compliance, Legal, and Client Services

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry
  • Track record of driving a product area day-to-day — from requirements through launch and iteration
  • Strong written and verbal communication — able to write specs Engineering can build from with minimal back-and-forth
  • Ability to translate operational and regulatory needs into product requirements and contribute to trade-off decisions within an established product team framework
  • Working knowledge of common data integration patterns (APIs, file feeds, webhooks) — enough to scope integrations and troubleshoot with Engineering; a dev background isn't required
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent work streams and stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, and Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to transfer agency, fund administration, or securities operations
  • Familiarity with blockchain/digital asset concepts (tokenization, smart contracts)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product tools
  • Interest in regulatory-driven products (SEC, FINRA, KYC/AML)

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + equity
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Learning and development budget
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of blockchain, finance, and regulatory innovation

Why Join Us?

Bitcoin and Coinbase Gain After Senate Rejects Clarity Act

Following the U.S. Senate's rejection of the Clarity Act on September 15, the crypto market experienced a significant rally, with Bitcoin and Ethereum rising 11% and 12% respectively. Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan noted that while the industry lost the long-term certainty of federal law, it avoided restrictive compromises that would have hindered growth. A critical development occurred just two days after the vote when the SEC issued a five-year innovation exemption for tokenized U.S. stocks. This regulatory move allows these assets to trade through permissioned automated market makers and liquidity pools without requiring traditional exchange registration. The exemption specifically benefits firms like Securitize, which manages tokenized funds for major institutions including BlackRock, Apollo, and KKR. Furthermore, the failure of the Clarity Act prevents a proposed ban on stablecoin yield, allowing platforms like Coinbase to continue offering rewards. While the lack of permanent legislation introduces potential political risk for 2029, the current environment favors rapid innovation and institutional adoption. The total crypto market capitalization has since expanded to approximately $2.95 trillion.

Bitwise Maps the 4 Corners of Crypto That Won As CLARITY Act Stalled

Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan argues that the failure of the U.S. Senate's Clarity Act has paradoxically accelerated regulatory progress for the crypto industry. By failing to pass, the bill avoided restrictive measures that would have limited stablecoin yield payments and hindered the integration of exchange and brokerage services. Hougan highlights that the SEC has since provided more direct guidance, such as a five-year exemption for tokenized U.S. stocks, which benefits platforms like Securitize and the BlackRock BUIDL fund. This shift allows for faster innovation compared to the multi-year study period the Clarity Act would have mandated. Furthermore, recent SEC guidance regarding buyback announcements on functional networks provides immediate clarity that the proposed legislation would have delayed. While these gains currently rely on agency-level actions rather than permanent law, Hougan views the outcome as a net positive for market participants. The performance of assets like NEAR Protocol, which rose 126.62% following the vote, underscores the market's positive reaction to these regulatory developments.

Securitize Integrates ADI Chain: Tokenized BlackRock Funds Now Have UAE Sovereign Rails

Securitize, an NYSE-listed tokenization platform managing approximately $5 billion in assets, has integrated the UAE-based ADI Chain into its multichain infrastructure. This partnership enables tokenized financial products from major institutions like BlackRock, KKR, and Apollo to be issued and settled on sovereign-backed infrastructure governed by the Abu Dhabi Global Market. The integration utilizes Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol to connect ADI Chain with Securitize’s existing network, which includes Ethereum, Solana, and Avalanche. By leveraging ADI Chain’s zero-knowledge rollup architecture and ERC-3643 compliance standards, Securitize aims to bridge regulated U.S. financial products with Middle Eastern institutional rails. This move follows a recent Memorandum of Understanding between Securitize and Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, signaling a broader strategic expansion into the UAE. The ADI Chain, developed by the ADI DLT Foundation, is backed by the International Holding Company and features a Central Bank-licensed stablecoin. This development represents a significant convergence of U.S. SEC-registered compliance frameworks with sovereign-grade blockchain infrastructure, potentially expanding access to global financial products for investors in the Global South.
