RWA Signal is operated by Mikayel Nahapetyan (Armenia), reachable at contact@rwasignal.io. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and describes what data the site handles.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them — for example when new features appear — and the date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
RWA Signal is an automated news feed covering the tokenization of real-world assets. Stories are collected from RSS feeds and news aggregators, scored, deduplicated, summarized and published by software, without a person approving each individual item. The full method is described in our editorial guidelines.
We are not a financial institution, broker, exchange, custodian, fund or investment adviser, and we hold no licence in any of those capacities. The site executes no transactions, holds no assets and handles no money. There are no user accounts; the only thing you can sign up for is a free email digest.
Nothing published on this site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing here is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. We make no price forecasts and issue no ratings.
Tokenized assets and digital assets carry significant risk, including total loss. Any decision you make is your own. Summaries here are condensed from other publications and may be incomplete or wrong — always read the linked original, and consult a qualified professional before acting.
The site is intended for people aged 18 or older. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country you are in. Rules on digital assets, tokenized securities and related financial products differ widely between jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility — not ours — to know what applies to you.
Read the site freely, no account and no permission needed. Link to any page — links are always welcome, including from commercial sites. Share our links on social networks. Quote a short passage in your own work, provided you attribute RWA Signal and link back to the page you took it from.
Do not interfere with the site: no attempts to overload it, break it, gain unauthorized access to the administration area, API or database, or probe it for weaknesses. If you find a security problem, tell us — we would rather hear from you than read about it later.
Do not republish our feed or our summaries wholesale, or present them as your own work. Do not claim to be affiliated with, endorsed by or speaking for RWA Signal. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, and do not enter other people’s email addresses into the subscription form.
Every item in the feed refers to reporting published elsewhere. Copyright in that reporting belongs to the publication that produced it, not to us. We publish short summaries with the source named and linked, never full reproductions, and each page declares the original as its source.
If you publish original reporting and want an item removed or your outlet excluded from the feed, email contact@rwasignal.io and we will do it. We do not negotiate such requests.
The parts that are ours — the selection of stories, the summaries and key points, the tags and categorization, the site design, and the software behind it — remain ours. Brief quotes with attribution and a link back are welcome; copying at scale is not.
The digest is free. We do not guarantee that it will be sent on any schedule or delivered at all — email delivery depends on providers we do not control — and we may change, pause or discontinue it. You can unsubscribe from any issue in one click. What we do with your address is described in the Privacy Policy.
This site links out constantly — that is the point of it. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Once you follow a link, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
We do not promise any level of uptime. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or failures, the automated pipeline may pause, and we may change, restrict or discontinue any feature — or the site itself — at any time.
The site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose. Automated selection and AI summarization make mistakes that a human editor would catch; we say so plainly rather than imply an editorial process we do not have. When our summary and the original article disagree, the original is the authority.

Before any of that, please write to us. Most problems — a wrong summary, an item that should not have been published, a removal request — are settled by email within a day.
If any provision here is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce something immediately, that is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
