Bybit is one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, with teams across many countries working around the clock. Our products, markets, and regulations change fast, so how quickly our people learn is a real competitive advantage.
This is a new role. The Head of Learning & Development will build one learning engine for the whole company: how new hires get productive, how leaders grow, how engineers and sales teams stay sharp, and how the company comes together at all-hands.
Mission: Help every Bybit employee get up to speed fast, keep growing, and perform at their best, and build the leaders we need as we scale.

Key responsibilities

Learning & development

  • Build and own Bybit's global learning strategy, tied to business priorities and our values.
  • Design and deliver leadership development for first-time managers, senior leaders, and high-potential talent.
  • Build core skills programs, including communication, feedback, coaching, and decision-making.
  • Own required and compliance training with Legal and Compliance, ensuring completion across all regions.
  • Run the learning platform (LMS) and content library; blend live, digital, and on-the-job learning.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners on development plans, career paths, and succession.
  • Measure learning impact on performance, retention, and readiness, not just attendance.

Employee onboarding

  • Own the global onboarding program from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
  • Build a consistent company onboarding experience, plus role-specific tracks for engineering, sales, operations, and leaders.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, IT, Workplace Operations, and hiring managers so day one runs smoothly in every location.
  • Track time-to-productivity and new-hire feedback, and keep improving the program.

All-hands

  • Own the company all-hands program: cadence, agenda, content, and speaker preparation.
  • Partner with the CEO, executives, and Internal Communications on key messages and storytelling.
  • Deliver all-hands across time zones and formats (in person, hybrid, virtual) so every office and team can take part.
  • Gather feedback after each session and raise quality and engagement over time.

Technical enablement

  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security leaders to build learning paths for technical teams.
  • Deliver programs on Bybit's platform and architecture, crypto and blockchain fundamentals, security practices, and new tools including AI.
  • Build onboarding and certification paths that get engineers productive faster.
  • Create a strong internal teaching culture through tech talks, documentation, and subject-matter-expert programs.

Sales enablement

  • Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing leaders to build the sales enablement program.
  • Own sales onboarding and ramp plans, product and market training, and messaging certification.
  • Build playbooks, training content, and coaching programs for sales managers.
  • Work with Compliance so sales teams communicate accurately in regulated markets.
  • Track ramp time, win rates, and quota attainment to show impact.

Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a global team of learning, onboarding, and enablement professionals.
  • Own the function's budget, vendors, and learning technology.

Tokenized Fund Collateral Could Be A Game Changer For Franklin Templeton Stock

Franklin Templeton has expanded its digital asset strategy through a new partnership with the cryptocurrency exchange Bybit, allowing the use of tokenized fund collateral. This collaboration integrates Franklin Templeton’s Benji tokenized money market fund directly into an active trading venue, marking a shift from simple wallet listings to operational on-chain collateral management. While the firm currently manages approximately $3.2 billion in digital asset AUM, this initiative serves as a test for the scalability of digital rails in lowering distribution costs. The move is viewed as a strategic experiment to determine if tokenized assets can effectively serve as margin collateral within high-frequency trading environments. Despite the innovation, analysts suggest the immediate impact on Franklin Templeton’s earnings remains limited compared to broader pressures on fees and net flows. Success hinges on the firm's ability to maintain rigorous risk control and custody standards via ByCustody while scaling its tokenized product suite. Ultimately, the initiative highlights the ongoing institutional effort to bridge traditional financial products with decentralized trading infrastructure.

Next Shiba Inu Search Heats Up as Franklin Templeton Puts $686M On-Chain and Pepeto Goes Live

Franklin Templeton has expanded its institutional crypto integration by enabling $686 million in tokenized money market fund shares to be used as trading collateral on the Bybit exchange. This initiative, launched on September 28, allows investors to pledge tokenized fund shares via ByCustody while continuing to earn yield on their underlying assets. By integrating these shares into major exchanges like Bybit, Binance, and OKX, the $1.83 trillion asset manager is bridging traditional finance with digital asset liquidity. This development signifies a shift where institutional capital seeks to maintain core holdings while gaining exposure to crypto markets without liquidating positions. While the article contrasts this institutional progress with speculative retail tokens, the core event highlights the growing utility of tokenized U.S. Treasury-backed funds in decentralized finance. The ability to use regulated, yield-bearing assets as collateral on centralized exchanges marks a maturing phase for the RWA sector. This trend underscores how traditional financial giants are increasingly treating blockchain rails as standard infrastructure for capital efficiency.

Crypto-friendly institution Franklin Templeton brings its tokenized collateral service to Bybit

Franklin Templeton has expanded its off-exchange collateral program to the Bybit exchange, enabling users to utilize shares of its tokenized money market fund as collateral for crypto trading. This integration allows investors to borrow stablecoins like USDT and USDC while continuing to earn yield on their underlying assets, which currently represent approximately $686 million in net assets. The mechanism relies on ByCustody to hold the assets off-exchange, while the value is mirrored within the Bybit trading environment to unlock liquidity without requiring asset movement. This development marks another milestone in Franklin Templeton's strategy to integrate its Benji-issued tokenized funds across major crypto exchanges, following similar partnerships with Binance and OKX. By allowing investors to optimize collateral usage while maintaining yield exposure, the firm aims to bridge traditional asset management with the crypto ecosystem. This trend reflects a broader industry shift toward using regulated, tokenized money market funds as high-quality collateral for derivatives and spot trading. The initiative highlights the growing utility of blockchain-integrated record-keeping platforms in professionalizing crypto market infrastructure.
