About the role (from employer)

The R&D team at Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest challenges and building products that establish trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization that thrives on challenging work and doing it alongside exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry evolves rapidly, and our mission is to build a flexible, AI-driven platform that automates entity resolution, optimizes data labeling pipelines, and creates predictive models that identify illicit patterns before they escalate.

Our data and solutions have been used to solve some of the world's most high-profile criminal cases and grow consumer access to cryptocurrency safely. Now, by pairing the industry's most trusted blockchain data with agents that reason, investigate, and act, we help our customers scale their workflows as the cryptocurrency economy becomes increasingly mainstream.

Talent Acquisition at Chainalysis is a small, close-knit team that partners with leaders across the business to hire the people who will carry our mission forward. We share sourcing wins, market learnings, and process improvements openly, and we hold ourselves to a high bar for both results and candidate experience.

We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to own and drive hiring for Engineering & Product roles in our EMEA locations. This is a high-volume, outbound-heavy role: you'll spend a meaningful portion of your time building pipeline through direct sourcing, identifying and engaging top engineering talent across AI, Crypto, and Fintech. You'll manage a full requisition load, move fast, and close strong candidates in a competitive market, with Software Engineering roles among your key hires. You'll work closely with hiring managers across our R&D teams as a talent partner who understands the business and delivers results.

In this role, you'll:

  • Build pipeline through proactive outbound sourcing, mapping the AI, crypto, and fintech landscape to find where strong Software Engineers work today

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn InMails, including referral generation, community engagement, and direct outreach campaigns

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for R&D roles, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close, across a high-volume requisition load

  • Deliver a thoughtful, personalised, and transparent candidate experience at every step while moving candidates through the process efficiently

  • Partner with R&D leaders to calibrate expectations, share market insights on talent availability and compensation, and flag risks early so hiring plans stay on schedule

  • Use data on pipeline health, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness to guide decisions, and champion diversity and inclusion in every search

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring technical talent, such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Researchers, and Product Managers

  • Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability: you build your own pipeline through direct outreach and do not rely on inbound applications to fill roles

  • High AI proficiency, using it for building pipeline proactively, workflows, processes, and documentation

  • Proven experience recruiting technical talent within the SaaS, AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity sectors, with a focus on candidates who have worked in fast-paced companies building technically complex products

  • Consistently utilised data to inform decision making and advise hiring managers through the hiring process

  • Strong organisational skills, sharp attention to detail, and consistent follow-through on every candidate and requisition

  • The ability to build credibility with hiring managers quickly, communicate market realities clearly, and guide decisions with data, in a collaborative, low-ego way

You might also have:

  • Experience recruiting for Blockchain companies with a focus on Engineering roles

  • A background at a high-growth scale up technology company

  • A track record of hiring for technical roles in Denmark, Israel, UK, and the USA

Tools we use:

  • Ashby ATS

  • Sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Nova AI, GitHub)

  • Coderpad

  • Google suite, Slack, Chain AI

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.

AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

Chainalysis Reveals Key Insights on Real-World Asset Growth

Chainalysis has released a comprehensive analysis highlighting the rapid expansion and diversification of the real-world asset (RWA) sector on-chain. While niche sectors like corporate credit and private equity experienced explosive percentage growth of 3,156% and 1,340% respectively, the absolute dollar volume remains dominated by U.S. Treasuries. Tokenized treasury assets grew by 125%, increasing from $6.86 billion to $15.42 billion in total value. This data underscores a significant shift in investor behavior, where institutional capital is increasingly favoring the stability of government debt securities on-chain. The findings suggest that while high-growth alternative assets are gaining traction, the core of the RWA market is currently anchored by sovereign debt. This trend indicates a maturing ecosystem where diverse asset classes are successfully migrating to blockchain infrastructure. Such diversification is critical for the RWA market as it enhances liquidity and provides a broader range of risk-adjusted investment opportunities for participants. Ultimately, the report signals that tokenization is evolving from a speculative experiment into a functional component of modern lending and trading markets.

Tokenization of Private Credit Surges Amid Growing Demand

Tokenization of Private Credit Surges Amid Growing Demand

The private credit sector is experiencing a significant transformation as tokenization drives a 1,618% increase in wallets lending tokenized private credit assets in 2026. According to data from Chainalysis, this surge highlights a growing demand for liquidity among holders of traditionally illiquid assets. By converting private credit rights into digital tokens on a blockchain, investors can now utilize these positions as collateral to access cash without needing to liquidate their holdings. This trend stands in stark contrast to the 23% decline observed in the lending of tokenized U.S. Treasuries during the same period. The divergence suggests that while Treasury holders have established financing routes, private credit tokenization is filling a critical gap for those seeking novel leverage opportunities. As institutional interest in these digital assets continues to heighten, the shift is poised to reshape long-term asset management strategies. Ultimately, this growth underscores the potential for blockchain technology to enhance market efficiency and provide new utility for previously stagnant financial instruments.

Tokenized Treasuries: Italy, Portugal and Singapore Beat the US

The global market for tokenized U.S. Treasuries surged 125% to $15.42 billion by July 2026, establishing itself as the largest real-world asset category on-chain. According to Chainalysis, international demand is driving this growth, with Italy, Portugal, and Singapore collectively holding a significantly larger share of tokenized Treasury value than the United States. While the U.S. accounts for 10.5% of identified geolocated value, Italy leads at 29.9%, followed by Portugal and Singapore. This geographic distribution highlights how tokenization democratizes access to U.S. debt by removing traditional brokerage barriers, allowing retail investors globally to bypass domestic financial infrastructure. Despite the rise of local stablecoin initiatives like Canada's Bill C-15, the data suggests a strong preference for dollar-denominated assets, which continue to dominate on-chain transaction volumes. The trend indicates that tokenized Treasuries are primarily used as long-term holdings rather than collateral, as evidenced by a 23% contraction in Treasury lending. Ultimately, the shift confirms that the U.S. dollar remains the default global standard for on-chain liquidity, even as domestic alternatives attempt to capture market share.
