About the role (from employer)

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. We are trusted by 300+ million people in 100+ countries for our industry-leading security, user fund transparency, trading engine speed, deep liquidity, and an unmatched portfolio of digital-asset products. Binance offerings range from trading and finance to education, research, payments, institutional services, Web3 features, and more. We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.

As the TradFi PMO at Binance, you will own end-to-end delivery of the next phase of our Traditional Finance (TradFi) expansion; a strategic, P0 program extending the firm's offering beyond digital assets. You will drive a portfolio of initiatives spanning new TradFi product lines, new markets and regions, and external data and infrastructure partnerships. You will orchestrate product, engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and finance across multiple workstreams and jurisdictions, keeping a single integrated plan, clear accountability, and executive-level visibility from roadmap to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated program plan for the TradFi roadmap, maintaining milestones, critical path, and cross-workstream dependencies across all initiatives in the portfolio.

  • Run the PMO operating cadence: weekly workstream reviews, executive steering committees, and crisp status reporting (RAID logs, scorecards, launch readiness) for senior leadership.

  • Drive market-expansion workstreams across multiple regions — coordinating regulatory and licensing readiness, localization, and launch sequencing with legal, compliance, and regional teams.

  • Own the vendor and partner workstream: sourcing, onboarding, and managing the external market-data and infrastructure partners required for the TradFi stack.

  • Define launch-readiness criteria and go/no-go gates; coordinate phased rollouts and post-launch retrospectives with product and engineering.

  • Identify critical-path risks and blockers early; escalate and drive resolution with workstream owners across product, engineering, risk, legal, and finance.

  • Maintain a competitive-intelligence view of the TradFi landscape to inform roadmap prioritization and sequencing.

  • Standardize PMO tooling and reporting (OKRs, KPIs, dashboards) so program health is visible at a glance across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA, PMP, or CFA preferred.

  • Project management experience at a broker-dealer, exchange, fintech, investment bank, or management consultancy, with a track record of delivering trading, market-data, or brokerage products or large-scale financial-services programs.

  • Solid understanding of TradFi market structure and products across asset classes.

  • Experience coordinating multi-jurisdiction launches and working with regulated workflows (licensing, compliance, and partner agreements).

  • Exceptional executive communication skills — able to synthesize complex, multi-workstream programs into clear steering materials.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable making trade-off calls under ambiguity.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-velocity, crypto-native environment.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience at a global brokerage or exchange; direct knowledge of the competitive TradFi landscape is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with crypto assets, tokenization, and digital-asset trading.

  • Working knowledge of regulatory regimes across key global markets.
