About the role

As a global community manager, you will manage global and local ambassadors and lead online events, recurring engagement, and launch communications across Bybit's official global community channels. You will keep discussions useful and safe while coordinating with regional teams that lead local channels.

What you'll do

  • Own a calendar of recurring community activities and product discussions across crypto, trading, payments, and Bybit's wider financial platform.
  • Plan and deliver global AMAs, educational sessions, launch activations, and community events. Manage briefs, schedules, approvals, hosts, rewards, and post-event reviews.
  • Coordinate approved announcements and product updates in global Telegram, Discord, and other official community channels. Check links, timing, market eligibility, and coverage before publishing.
  • Engage with members, answer common questions, moderate discussions, and route product or account issues to the right teams. Spot scams and impersonation attempts and escalate them promptly.
  • Work with regional teams to adapt global initiatives to local community needs, share approved materials, and maintain clear handovers while regional teams own their local channels.
  • Manage global and local ambassador programs, including recruiting and onboarding ambassadors, training them on products and moderation standards, reviewing performance, and coordinating rewards and payments. Work with regional teams on local briefs and market-specific activations.
  • Track member participation, event results, channel engagement, recurring questions, and sentiment. Turn those findings into concise reports and practical recommendations.
  • Keep event calendars, moderation and publishing workflows, tool access, and handover notes organized so global coverage is reliable across time zones.

What you'll need

  • Two to four years of hands-on community management experience in fintech, digital assets, crypto, or consumer finance, including direct responsibility for ambassador or community leader programs and examples of events you have run and measured.
  • Strong working knowledge of Telegram and Discord, Reddit including moderation practices, bots, and announcement workflows.
  • Ability to explain trading, earning, payments, and market topics clearly and accurately without giving personal financial advice.
  • Experience running online events from planning through reporting, including approvals, budget or reward tracking, and follow-up.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, sound judgment in difficult conversations, and the ability to work across cultures, teams, and time zones.
  • Comfort using community data and member feedback to assess results and improve future activity.
  • Availability for agreed launch and event windows across time zones.

Nice to have

Experience supporting multilingual communities or improving community operations with moderation and publishing tools.

What we offer

  • Work with a global team across Community, Product, Support, Marketing, and regional operations.
  • Own recurring community programs and contribute to major product launches.
  • Help shape how members experience Bybit's growing range of financial products.

Tokenized Fund Collateral Could Be A Game Changer For Franklin Templeton Stock

Franklin Templeton has expanded its digital asset strategy through a new partnership with the cryptocurrency exchange Bybit, allowing the use of tokenized fund collateral. This collaboration integrates Franklin Templeton’s Benji tokenized money market fund directly into an active trading venue, marking a shift from simple wallet listings to operational on-chain collateral management. While the firm currently manages approximately $3.2 billion in digital asset AUM, this initiative serves as a test for the scalability of digital rails in lowering distribution costs. The move is viewed as a strategic experiment to determine if tokenized assets can effectively serve as margin collateral within high-frequency trading environments. Despite the innovation, analysts suggest the immediate impact on Franklin Templeton’s earnings remains limited compared to broader pressures on fees and net flows. Success hinges on the firm's ability to maintain rigorous risk control and custody standards via ByCustody while scaling its tokenized product suite. Ultimately, the initiative highlights the ongoing institutional effort to bridge traditional financial products with decentralized trading infrastructure.

Next Shiba Inu Search Heats Up as Franklin Templeton Puts $686M On-Chain and Pepeto Goes Live

Franklin Templeton has expanded its institutional crypto integration by enabling $686 million in tokenized money market fund shares to be used as trading collateral on the Bybit exchange. This initiative, launched on September 28, allows investors to pledge tokenized fund shares via ByCustody while continuing to earn yield on their underlying assets. By integrating these shares into major exchanges like Bybit, Binance, and OKX, the $1.83 trillion asset manager is bridging traditional finance with digital asset liquidity. This development signifies a shift where institutional capital seeks to maintain core holdings while gaining exposure to crypto markets without liquidating positions. While the article contrasts this institutional progress with speculative retail tokens, the core event highlights the growing utility of tokenized U.S. Treasury-backed funds in decentralized finance. The ability to use regulated, yield-bearing assets as collateral on centralized exchanges marks a maturing phase for the RWA sector. This trend underscores how traditional financial giants are increasingly treating blockchain rails as standard infrastructure for capital efficiency.

Crypto-friendly institution Franklin Templeton brings its tokenized collateral service to Bybit

Franklin Templeton has expanded its off-exchange collateral program to the Bybit exchange, enabling users to utilize shares of its tokenized money market fund as collateral for crypto trading. This integration allows investors to borrow stablecoins like USDT and USDC while continuing to earn yield on their underlying assets, which currently represent approximately $686 million in net assets. The mechanism relies on ByCustody to hold the assets off-exchange, while the value is mirrored within the Bybit trading environment to unlock liquidity without requiring asset movement. This development marks another milestone in Franklin Templeton's strategy to integrate its Benji-issued tokenized funds across major crypto exchanges, following similar partnerships with Binance and OKX. By allowing investors to optimize collateral usage while maintaining yield exposure, the firm aims to bridge traditional asset management with the crypto ecosystem. This trend reflects a broader industry shift toward using regulated, tokenized money market funds as high-quality collateral for derivatives and spot trading. The initiative highlights the growing utility of blockchain-integrated record-keeping platforms in professionalizing crypto market infrastructure.
