Robinhood Chain Hits Record $875M DEX Volume as Tokenized Stocks Surge

Robinhood Chain has experienced a significant surge in activity driven by the integration of tokenized equities into its decentralized exchange ecosystem. On August 30, the network recorded a record $875 million in decentralized exchange volume, with Uniswap v4 and v3 contributing $432 million and $357 million respectively. Transaction volume also reached an all-time high of 5.52 million, while the Pons launchpad saw 22,600 token creations. Over the past 30 days, the seven most-traded tokenized stocks generated $4.3 billion in volume, with three of these assets hosted on Robinhood Chain. This growth highlights a shift where tokenized securities provide a new revenue stream for DeFi protocols through trading fees and transaction demand. By capturing volume from traditional finance assets, Robinhood Chain outperformed major networks like Ethereum and Base in daily revenue on August 31, generating $2.66 million. This trend suggests that tokenized equities are evolving from simple distribution products into a foundational component of blockchain economics.
