Sygnum brings Fidelity tokenised liquidity to Singapore

Sygnum has expanded its Singapore operations by offering Fidelity International’s tokenized liquidity solution to accredited and institutional investors. This product, originally launched in Zurich, provides on-chain access to a regulated US dollar liquidity vehicle with its net asset value published directly on the blockchain. The offering is issued via Sygnum’s Desygnate platform and is supported by institutional partners including J.P. Morgan for custody and Chainlink for data transparency. Moody’s has assigned the fund a AAA-mf rating, highlighting its focus on capital preservation and liquidity. This expansion reflects a broader institutional shift toward managing cash positions on-chain to improve operational efficiency and transparency. With the tokenized cash-management market now exceeding USD 15 billion, the move underscores the growing demand for regulated, digital-native financial instruments. By leveraging Singapore’s established regulatory framework, Sygnum and Fidelity are positioning tokenization as a practical evolution of traditional treasury management.
