StablecoinX shares go tokenized on Binance’s bStocks platform
StablecoinX Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company focused on Ethena ecosystem infrastructure, has launched its shares as a tokenized security on the bStocks platform. Trading under the ticker USDE, these tokenized shares allow for 24/7 trading against crypto pairs like USDT, bypassing traditional market hours. The company, which completed a de-SPAC merger with TLGY Acquisition Corp. in June 2026, holds approximately 3 billion ENA tokens and operates a decentralized verifier node that has processed $3 billion in volume. Ethena has further integrated bStocks into its strategy to support the USDe stablecoin through delta-neutral equity basis trades. While this integration expands access and liquidity, it introduces potential risks regarding price alignment between Nasdaq and the tokenized market. Furthermore, the circular relationship between StablecoinX, Ethena, and the bStocks platform creates complex interdependencies. Investors must consider that the underlying value of StablecoinX remains heavily tied to the volatility of the ENA token. This development highlights the growing trend of bridging traditional equity markets with crypto-native trading infrastructure.
