ADI Foundation and Zamanat partner to bring US$150mln in tokenized private credit, trade finance and Sukuk opportunities
The ADI Foundation and Zamanat Advisors have entered a strategic partnership to tokenize up to US$150 million in real-world assets on the ADI Chain. This collaboration focuses on bringing private credit, trade finance, maritime vessel financing, and Shariah-compliant Sukuk instruments onto the blockchain. ADI Foundation will provide the underlying institutional infrastructure and asset pipeline, while Zamanat will manage credit analysis, transaction structuring, and investor distribution. The initiative aims to bridge traditional financial markets with digital ledger technology to meet institutional requirements for high-quality, yield-generating assets. By leveraging the ADI Chain, the partners intend to facilitate secure issuance, ownership tracking, and settlement for these diverse financial products. This move highlights the growing trend of MENA-based institutions utilizing purpose-built, policy-aligned blockchains to expand access to private credit markets. The partnership underscores the importance of combining regulatory-compliant infrastructure with specialized financial expertise to attract institutional capital into the RWA ecosystem.
