Broadridge Launches DLX, an Always-On Digital Asset Infrastructure Platform for Tokenized Markets
Broadridge Financial Solutions has launched DLX, an integrated, end-to-end digital asset infrastructure platform designed to serve as an operating system for tokenized finance. The platform enables financial institutions to manage the full lifecycle of tokenized assets, including issuance, trading, settlement, and custody, across both traditional and on-chain markets. By leveraging a multi-chain architecture, DLX connects to the DTCC Tokenization Service via the Canton Network, aiming to reduce fragmentation in the digital asset ecosystem. This launch builds upon Broadridge's existing Distributed Ledger Repo (DLR) platform, which currently processes over $350 billion in daily collateral mobility and securities financing activity. DLX supports a wide range of asset classes, such as bonds, equities, funds, and private market instruments, within a unified governance framework. The platform is designed to allow institutions to integrate tokenized workflows into their existing operating models while maintaining necessary regulatory controls and connectivity.
