About the Role

Transfer Agency and Issuer Services are two critical functions on the Securitize Platform: one keeps investor records accurate through every subscription, redemption, and reconciliation; the other provides the tools needed to bring new assets onto the platform and manages them through their full lifecycle. As a Product Manager spanning both core areas you will work with senior PMs to refine what Operations, Compliance, and institutional clients need into requirements Engineering can successfully build from.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to defining, scoping, and prioritizing product requirements for Transfer Agency and Issuer Operations within the existing product team structure
  • Scope and drive data integrations with partner organizations, from requirements through launch
  • Write and prioritize user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria for features touching investor recordkeeping, subscriptions/redemptions, and cap table management
  • Lead day-to-day delivery with Engineering on onboarding and issuance workflows for new funds/assets joining the Securitize Platform
  • Manage UAT and QA planning for TA and Issuer related releases
  • Prioritize the bug/enhancement backlog from Operations and Compliance based on regulatory and client impact
  • Maintain and continuously improve product documentation, runbooks, and internal training materials for TA and issuer workflows
  • Use operational data (reconciliation exceptions, processing times, error rates) to inform roadmap decisions
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches involving Compliance, Legal, and Client Services

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry
  • Track record of driving a product area day-to-day — from requirements through launch and iteration
  • Strong written and verbal communication — able to write specs Engineering can build from with minimal back-and-forth
  • Ability to translate operational and regulatory needs into product requirements and contribute to trade-off decisions within an established product team framework
  • Working knowledge of common data integration patterns (APIs, file feeds, webhooks) — enough to scope integrations and troubleshoot with Engineering; a dev background isn't required
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent work streams and stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, and Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to transfer agency, fund administration, or securities operations
  • Familiarity with blockchain/digital asset concepts (tokenization, smart contracts)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product tools
  • Interest in regulatory-driven products (SEC, FINRA, KYC/AML)

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + equity
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Learning and development budget
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of blockchain, finance, and regulatory innovation

Why Join Us?

Tokenized Real-World Assets in 2026: Why Liquidity and Regulation Still Matter

As of October 2026, the real-world asset (RWA) tokenization market has reached approximately $39 billion in distributed asset value, according to RWA.xyz. Despite this growth, the sector faces significant hurdles regarding secondary-market liquidity and the fragmentation of assets across multiple blockchain networks like Ethereum and Solana. A notable development occurred on October 8, 2026, when Securitize launched tokenized U.S. stock trading following a September SEC decision to grant a conditional regulatory exemption for onchain securities markets. This five-year innovation exemption allows for limited onchain trading of National Market System stocks, provided they maintain traditional investor rights. Research published in FinTech highlights that high outstanding asset values do not guarantee liquidity, as many tokenized private credit and Treasury products suffer from low trading participation. The Bank for International Settlements has warned that multichain issuance further complicates market maturity by creating disconnected liquidity pools. Ultimately, the industry is shifting from experimental projects toward practical applications, though success depends on balancing 24/7 blockchain settlement with reliable market making and redemption mechanisms.

Securitize’s Chongwu Du says tokenized finance will run on a few blockchains, not one

Securitize Chief Strategy Officer Chongwu Du stated at the LONGITUDE Singapore event on October 8, 2026, that the future of tokenized finance is multichain rather than dominated by a single network. The firm currently supports compliant asset issuance across at least 18 blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, Sui, and TRON. As of September 2026, Securitize managed approximately $5 billion in tokenized assets, maintaining partnerships with major institutions like BlackRock, KKR, and Neuberger Berman. To expand its global footprint, the company recently integrated with the UAE-based ADI Chain and signed a memorandum of understanding with Korea's LG CNS to explore tokenized funds and stablecoins. On October 8, 2026, Securitize furthered its multichain strategy by launching tokenized US stocks on the Solana blockchain, with each token backed 1:1 by underlying shares. By operating as an SEC-registered broker-dealer and digital transfer agent, the firm ensures that regulatory compliance remains attached to the asset rather than the specific blockchain. This approach highlights a shift toward interoperable, regulated infrastructure that allows institutional capital to flow across diverse networks without sacrificing legal oversight.

‘No going back’ for institutions moving toward tokenized onchain future, says Fidelity

Fidelity Investments' head of digital asset strategists, Matthew Horne, recently emphasized that institutional adoption of onchain tokenization has reached a point of no return due to the structural advantages and market access it provides. During a panel at Longitude Singapore, industry leaders from Fidelity, UBS, and Securitize highlighted that tokenization is transforming traditional portfolio staples like Treasuries and equities. Data from RWA.xyz indicates a 41% surge in demand for tokenized assets over the past 30 days, with the number of holders exceeding 493,000. This growth is supported by recent regulatory milestones, including SEC approvals for DTCC tokenization services and limited trading of tokenized US stocks. Securitize has further catalyzed this trend by launching trading for tokenized shares of twelve major US stocks. With over $1.2 billion in capital moving onchain in the last month, the total market for stablecoins and tokenized assets has surpassed $323 billion. These developments underscore a broader institutional shift toward building distribution layers for digital securities, with projections suggesting the RWA market could reach $4 trillion by 2028.
