About the role (from employer)

About the role

We are looking for a Business & AI Process Automation Analyst to help our Corporate Development team turn business data and operational processes into better decisions, faster execution, and measurable improvements.

This is a hybrid business-and-technology role for someone with a Computer Science, Information Systems, or related background who enjoys working closely with business users. You will work across Corporate Development, Product, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders.

What you’ll do

    Cross-functional and external stakeholder delivery

  • Manage operational requirements, timelines, and issue resolution across Corporate Development, Product, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams.

  • Manage end-to-end operational workflows for new digital asset integrations and asset offerings across products — from initial assessment through to live launch and ongoing maintenance.

  • Oversee and execute platform updates for critical asset events: token migrations, smart contract swaps, protocol upgrades, rebrands, and asset deprecation/offboarding.

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for external project teams, foundations, and key stakeholders.

  • Coordinate internally to facilitate joint promotional campaigns, user engagement activities, and ecosystem growth initiatives with external partners.

  • AI-enabled process automation

  • Identify repetitive analytical and operational work that can be improved with AI, LLMs, Python, SQL, APIs, low-code tools, or workflow platforms.

  • Design and implement multi-step workflows with prompts, data transformations, validation rules, operating procedures, and clear business ownership.

  • Test and monitor workflows for accuracy, edge cases, failures, exceptions, human review, approval gates, escalation, and safe fallback procedures.

  • Business analysis and decision support

  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis, measurable metrics, data requirements, and actionable recommendations.

  • Analyse business performance, product and operational trends, opportunities, bottlenecks, and process effectiveness.

  • Build dashboards, reports, and executive-ready presentations, clearly explaining assumptions, trade-offs, limitations, and impact.

  • Data quality and control

  • Investigate discrepancies across reports, systems, data sources, and metric definitions, and establish consistent business logic.

  • Document data sources, transformations, analytical assumptions, ownership, and control requirements.

  • Identify and escalate data-quality, access-control, privacy, security, and operational risks, ensuring AI-assisted outputs are validated before use.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, business analytics, process automation, operations analytics, or a related role.

  • A degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience is also welcome.

  • Practical experience using AI-enabled tools, LLMs, workflow automation, low-code platforms, or agentic workflows to improve analytical or operational processes.

  • Strong business judgment and the ability to connect analysis to priorities, trade-offs, and measurable outcomes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

  • A structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritise effectively when requirements are ambiguous or changing.

  • Based in Hong Kong and able to work with stakeholders across different functions and time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building dashboards, reports, data pipelines, or analytical tools using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel, or equivalent tools.

  • Experience with Python and SQL for data preparation, analysis, automation, or workflow development.

  • Experience building or implementing AI agents or multi-step workflows with exception handling and human handoffs.

  • Experience with APIs, Git, n8n, Databricks, cloud data tools, or workflow-orchestration platforms.

  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, digital assets, payments, trading, capital markets, or another fast-moving technology environment.

Crypto.com Announces Tokenized Stocks, A New Derivative

Crypto.com has launched tokenized stocks, which function as derivative contracts that track the performance of underlying traditional securities without granting direct ownership. These products are regulated under CySEC guidelines through Foris Capital CY Limited, which holds a CIF license to offer such financial instruments. By integrating these derivatives, Crypto.com aims to diversify its platform offerings and attract a broader demographic of investors seeking exposure to equities within a regulated crypto environment. The initiative represents a strategic effort to bridge traditional finance and digital asset trading, though initial market response has been characterized by a wait-and-see approach. Currently, trading volume for these new assets remains low as the market adjusts to the availability of these products. This development is significant for the RWA market as it highlights the ongoing trend of centralized exchanges incorporating regulated synthetic assets to compete with traditional brokerage services. Monitoring user engagement and volume will be critical to determining the long-term viability of these tokenized derivatives on the platform.

OG.com cleared by SEC to offer single

The North American Derivatives Exchange, operating as OG.com and affiliated with Crypto.com, has received authorization from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to offer single-stock futures in the United States. By filing Form 1-N, the platform secured status as a national securities exchange, marking a significant regulatory milestone for bridging traditional capital markets with digital asset innovation. CEO Kris Marszalek confirmed that the exchange is coordinating with both the SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to facilitate these offerings. This development allows the platform to list single-stock perpetual futures, providing U.S. users with new avenues for equity-based derivatives trading. The move reflects a broader industry trend of crypto-native firms integrating regulated financial products into their ecosystems. Similar initiatives have been observed elsewhere, such as Kraken's partnership with the London Stock Exchange for tokenized UK stocks and Coinbase's expansion into stock perpetual futures. This regulatory clearance underscores the increasing convergence between institutional-grade derivatives and digital asset infrastructure.

DeFi & L1L2 — 🚀 Crypto.com launched Tokenized Stocks; Toyota Finance launched a ¥1 billion tokenized bond

Crypto.com has officially launched a new offering for tokenized stocks, marking a significant expansion of its platform's asset capabilities. Simultaneously, Toyota Finance has entered the RWA space by issuing a ¥1 billion tokenized bond, highlighting the growing institutional interest in blockchain-based debt instruments. These developments occur against a backdrop of broader market growth, with total cryptocurrency ownership reaching 774 million users, a 4.5% increase in the first half of 2026. Market data indicates a positive trend, with market capitalization rising by 6.95% and trading volume increasing by 0.41% over the reporting period. The integration of traditional financial assets like stocks and bonds onto blockchain rails signals a maturing ecosystem where institutional players are increasingly leveraging distributed ledger technology for capital formation. While Harmony faces operational challenges following a network exploit, the overall RWA sector continues to gain momentum through these diverse product launches. These milestones underscore the ongoing convergence between traditional finance and decentralized infrastructure, providing investors with new avenues for asset exposure.
