Victory Park Capital and Tradable Launch VALTS, Tokenizing Access to Asset-Backed Credit

Victory Park Capital (VPC), a global alternative asset manager, has launched the AltsABF Tokenized Feeder Fund (VALTS) to provide on-chain access to its private asset-backed credit strategies. The fund is tokenized via the Tradable platform and operates on the Stellar blockchain network. VALTS serves as a feeder fund for the Privacore VPC Asset Backed Credit Fund (AltsABF), which was originally launched in January 2026. This initiative aims to modernize private credit distribution by offering eligible U.S. qualified purchasers direct exposure to diversified asset-backed credit portfolios. Investors receive monthly income distributions in stablecoin directly to their digital wallets, with quarterly liquidity options aligned with the underlying fund's repurchase schedule. The partnership builds upon a multi-year collaboration between VPC and Tradable, the latter of which has already tokenized $3 billion in private credit assets. This launch highlights the growing institutional trend of utilizing blockchain infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and broaden investor access to traditionally illiquid private credit markets.
