ADI Foundation,Tokinvest collaborate on $100 million tokenised Sukuk

The ADI Foundation and Tokinvest have entered a strategic partnership to advance real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, digital asset issuance, and blockchain-based settlement. This collaboration leverages ADI Foundation’s institutional blockchain infrastructure, known as ADI Chain, alongside Tokinvest’s expertise in regulated structuring and distribution. The primary objective of this initiative is the tokenization of a US$100 million Sukuk, utilizing existing Sukuk from UAE issuers to facilitate broader investor access. Beyond this initial project, the parties intend to explore the tokenization of private credit, investment funds, and other yield-generating assets. By integrating Tokinvest’s regulated platform with ADI’s RWA pipeline, the partnership aims to create a robust framework for bringing traditional financial products on-chain. This move highlights the growing trend of institutional players in the Middle East seeking to modernize capital markets through regulated digital investment products.
